No analytics or advertising storage. EAA Clarity currently uses only first-party browser storage needed for the cart, checkout, login, security, and customer account. The scope quiz does not save or send your answers.
1. What this policy covers
This policy explains cookies and similar browser technologies used by EAA Clarity, a service of Awedesk, Inc. Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Local storage and session storage can keep limited information in the browser without using a cookie.
Our technical inventory covered the public home, pricing, account, and checkout pages. Those anonymous page requests did not set a cookie. The commerce interface uses the necessary browser storage listed below when you use the relevant function.
2. Necessary storage
awecommerce_cart, local storage: keeps the products and billing option you place in the cart. It remains until checkout completes, the cart is cleared, or you remove browser data.awecommerce_coupon_codes:*, local storage: keeps coupon codes attached to the current cart. It is cleared when the code or cart is cleared or checkout completes.awecommerce_paypal_split_cart, local storage: temporarily separates one-time and recurring items if a selected payment method cannot process them together. It is cleared when the related checkout flow is completed or abandoned and browser data is removed.awecommerce_checkout_return:*, session storage: keeps limited order-return information needed to finish checkout after returning from a payment step. It ends with the browser session.- WordPress authentication cookies:
wordpress_logged_in_*,wordpress_sec_*,wordpress_test_cookie, andwp-settings-*may be used when you sign in. They authenticate the session, protect the account, and remember necessary administration preferences.
3. Why there is no consent banner
The storage above is used only when necessary to provide a function you request, such as maintaining a cart, completing checkout, or keeping you signed in. EAA Clarity does not currently use analytics, advertising, cross-site tracking, or social-media pixels. Because there is no optional storage to accept or reject, the site does not display a consent banner.
4. Payment services
If a card or other third-party payment form is displayed, the payment provider named at checkout may use storage required to process the transaction, prevent fraud, and secure its service. We do not permit payment storage to be used through EAA Clarity for behavioural advertising.
5. If optional technology is introduced
Optional analytics, advertising, or embedded third-party services will be blocked until the required consent is given. Any consent panel will provide clear accept and reject choices, category-level information, and a way to withdraw consent as easily as it was given. This policy will be updated before such technology is enabled.
6. Managing browser storage
You can inspect or remove cookies and site data in your browser settings. Removing necessary storage may empty the cart, interrupt checkout, or sign you out. Restarting the scope quiz clears its answers because they remain only in the current page and are not written to cookie, local storage, or session storage.
