Exactly what one website means
The scan covers one selected domain or one selected folder within that domain. The www and non-www versions count as the same website when they redirect to the same destination. Subdomains are separate websites.
- example.com includes public pages on example.com and its redirecting www equivalent.
- example.com/support/ includes only public pages inside that folder.
- shop.example.com is a separate website and is not included.
- Logged-in areas, apps and task flows that require user actions need a custom audit.
Fair use without silent limits
Fair use applies only to exceptionally large or technically complex websites. If the site exceeds standard scanning capacity, we confirm the scope before proceeding. We never reduce coverage without contacting you.
Questions before you order
Does the report certify legal compliance?
No. Every automated scan is human-reviewed, but it does not replace a full manual audit of interactions and customer journeys. The report provides technical evidence and prioritised repair guidance, not legal certification.
When does the 24-hour delivery window start?
After payment, a valid website address and crawl access are available. We contact you if the site blocks scanning or requires a revised scope.
How will I receive the report?
We notify you by email and make the report available through your secure client portal.
